The need for a PVP zone is understood by most around ZA and a few other places.

One argument is that low levels are questing near the zone and might make it difficult for them to level.

Why not make players from 1 - 15 unable to be flagged for PvP unless they do the first strike or turn on their own PvP flag for their enjoyment.

There is no reason for anyone of lower level to be in the Zul'Aman area. If you have a chance to take a look at Zul'Aman, you will see that there is a rather lengthy pathway that leads up to the dungeon. A player would need to have run a good ways down that path.

You know what they say about curiosity and the cat, because as far as I can tell, that's pretty much the only way a lower level player is going to get killed by PvP over there.
