Actually, we don't "condone" any of those behaviors - quite the opposite! - and should you ever witness behavior or language in-game that you feel may represent a violation of our harassment policies, then I encourage you to submit an in-game petition including the name and realm of the offender, as well an excerpt of what was said, so our staff has the opportunity to investigate. For 'spam', please use the right-click Report Spam feature, as that is the best means of issuing a report for that kind of activity.

Please keep in mind that we will not reveal any action taken against another player's account due to our privacy policies, but please do not mistake this to mean that nothing is done. Nothing could be further from the turth.
