I have specialized in transmuting with my alchemy. Ever since I chose that path I have consistently proc'd one more than I was trying to make one or two times per week, using my cooldown daily. I have never had a creation make more than two items total, and I am fully aware that it is just luck, and I am extremely unlucky especially since it's been several months of daily cooldowns. However, since that latest patch a few WEEKS ago, I have not proc'd even a single time. Is there any known issue with procs and transmute spec alchemists? Did I somehow unlearn this skill without visiting any NPCs and talking to them? I've had this skill since I was high enough level to reach Stormspire! I tried a search of this forum with keywords relevant to this and I didn't get any results so if this is a duplicate it's the search function's fault.
Also, was there an undocumented change in the proc rates on these in the last patch that would make it seem like I no longer can proc?

We have confirmed that transmutes are working correctly. Procs are random and as Stillfresh has pointed out with as many players as we have someone somewhere is going to run into a long streak without getting one. In our testing one tester went 400 transmutes without a proc and then got 4 in a row.

Random does not mean fair. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

The blue post that is being linked is months old, the bug it refers to was fixed a long time ago.
