I have recruited 2 friends to WoW, each have purchased 2 months of play time and I have gotten the Zhevra mount for two of my characters. Does this mean I will not be able to get a rocket? I want one really bad, will my past recruits grant me one or will I have to recruit someone else now for new credit. Thank you.

At present, you can receive only one mount per qualifying referral. As you've already claimed Zhevras, you will need to refer another account before you will be able to qualify for and redeem the X-53 Touring Rocket.
