WTF is up with tab targetting lately?
by Cangoc | 23/10/2007 23:38:47 Hey, This may not have been a recent change, but I remember that at 60 tab targeting almost always gave me the guy I was trying to get a hold of. Now it seems like it goes out of its way to pick the wrong target. I get guys behind me, guys way off through a wall, etc...anyone but the guy who's right freaking next to me who I'm trying to target. Is there any sort of fix I can make, or mod I can DL, or something, to make tab targeting worth something? Maybe a command to limit it to targets in my front 150-degrees or so arc? Some way to make it prefer guys who are close to guys who are far away (unless there are no close guys)? anything I can do? Also (just for my own education), what was the change and when did it happen? Why was it necessary? Thanks for any help or insight. |
