WoW wont load to Login Screen

by Greekboy | 17/03/2007 10:04:34

What the title says... I double click on the wow folder, the screen goes black (like it always does, while its loading) and then the error message comes up (where u can write ur probelm to Blizzard) -WowError
This is what the message says:

The application has encountered a critical error:
Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Files: E:\build\buildWoW\WoW\Source\DB\DBClient\DBCache.cpp
Line: 420
Requested 1835821414 bytes of memory
Press OK to terminate the application.

Now, this morning i logged in to get my AH cash from overnight sales.. then i logged off like normal... A few hours later, after work, I tried logging in the same way I always do... dunno what could be wrong, I have more than enough space in my PC

EDIT: Spelling

Greetings Greekboy,

The problems you are having are generally from corrupt or out of date user interface files. With the game closed please try deleting or moving your WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders out of your World of Warcraft directory.

These are temporary cache files that will be recreated by the game the next time you launch. When starting the game make sure you are using the shortcut for the game launcher and not one provided by a UI mod.
