by Vapori | 12/05/2010 02:46:04![]() The game has been running horrible. I am freezing in highly populated areas (Dalaran, Alterac Valley, Wintergrasp) and I am running very choppy on flights. Running through cities it gets choppy as well. 24" iMac 2.8 Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB DDR2 SDRAM ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro: OS X 10.6 (all updates are current as of 5/11/10) • Running on the Airport Wireless card • 16GB free Hard drive space (if that matters) • My graphics setting are set to medium. • Addnon usage is very light. Bartender, Grid, SexyMap, Elkano BuffBars Full Screen glow is OFF Specular is OFF 1920x1200 24 bit 1x Multisampling I will be reformatting my entire system this weekend however is there anything else I should know? Is my 2 year old computer out of date to play this game? |
by Radoslawn | 12/05/2010 16:02:08![]() Hello Vapori, I would add 2 GB more RAM to be honest... 3GB Memory Best for Dalaran and Wintergrasp Also are you running any fan control programs on your iMac as well cleaning out the vents to make sure they are clear of dust accumulation ? No matter how simple the ??? seem, we were all nbs at one time. Grab your free Apple mount here !!! (okay I lied, it's a survey) https://www.surveymk.com/s.aspx?sm=dVmRYNrf0LMIrm5nXlEciQ_3d_3d |
