Just surfing the net for different mods and stuff to improve my interface I ran across a little thing called a wow nude patch. Supposofly it changes the female characters in the game nude when you take all there equipment off. The patch says it only changes it on your screen and nobody can see but you. Now I am wondering If it is a bannable offense to download and install this patch? I would love to test it out for a good laugh but I dont wanna be banned. So if a blue can read and give me a reply.

Brewjo, my advice would be to avoid any programs that modify the game or models on a large scale like that. Note that we cannot 'approve' any specific AddOn, UI or Mod. I cannot say that it is acceptable, and can only advise that you steer clear of using modifications that you think may cause issues or be considered illegal.

i heard there is a patch that overwrites your textures yes, but it also applies if your character (or any other character) has equipment or not, i am not saying there isnt one like they described, i mean another one

I'm certain that people with far too much time on their hands have done something like this, Juallren, but the fact is anything the alters those files would be prohibited by our Terms of Use.

I'll be locking this very old thread now. :)
