I used this computer approximately 2 years ago to play wow without any problems. I then used another computer for the past 2 years. I recently installed WOTLK and have tried to use this computer again, but WOW freezes the computer every time I run the game. The entire computer freezes and I must do a hard restart. Sometimes the sound continues to work after the computer freezes but sometimes it does not seems to. The mouse always works and the keyboard will sometimes appear to accept some input, such as the caps lock light will come on when I press it. I reviewed past forum posts and saw that this same issue became a problem at about the same time I stopped using this comp. I have tried things such as using compressed air to clean out any dust and moving the temp folders (W T F, cache and interface) to the desktop with no relief of the problem. Please help.

Are you getting any error logs ? And any way to get more memory in the Mac ? 1 GB is not that much.

- Game error logs can be found in your World of Warcraft => Errors Æ’older

- System error logs can be found in Apple menu => About this Mac => More info... button => Software section => Logs : Post your system.log ( just post for that day or around the time the crash occurs please, otherwise the list can get very lengthy )
