Immune to most virus's.(No cancer, no diabetes, ... no std... ;) )
Knowlage of everyone the goa'uld has been inside(2 people = 800years of knowlage)
If your a standard "host" you have almost no free will(Some hosts and goa'ulds share the same intrests, so the goa'uld lets him have free will sometimes.) but you also control armys of warriors, and planets.
If you're tok'ra, you have total free will.

Only bad side is sharing a brain with someone else.
