I bought the Wind Rider Cub from the Blizzard Store and it arrived a few hours ago. I went to www.battle.net/redeem and attached it to my account, following the instructions provided, but it was never mailed to any of my characters. I've logged out of the character, account and entire game several times over the last few hours, but nothing.

The Gryphon Hatchling I bought a month ago was mailed to my characters almost instantly. Am I doing something wrong?

Could you log out - and then check your ingame mail again, let me know if it shows up.
