Does anyone know if it has been confirmed that 3.0 will also bring the decrease in XP to level from 60 to 70? I know there was a post about it and just searched the first 20 pages of this forum and cannot find it. Sorry for the inconvenience if it has been answered!

BTW I'm not asking for the change to happen or to make the game easier, as I'm sure some will reply regarding this. I am just inquiring. Thanks! =)
