Why isn't there a Paladin tanking weapon yet?

A real tanking sword for Paladins has:

Defense Rating
Spell Damage
Stamina
Block Value

You can say "oh but then no casters will use it waaaa itemisation".

There are healing wands. How many specs use a healing wand? Oh, right, just Holy Priests.

There are 1h swords with defense rating. How many specs use a 1h sword with defense? Oh, right, just Prot Warriors.

There's no excuse for not having a REAL Paladin tanking weapon.
