That's kind of contradictory when the name doesn't factor in to the phatness of the lewts. Don't you think?

It makes sense to me at least that Outland isn't littered with items from fallen Blood Knights, as they've only just arrived in Outland, while the Draenei have been influenced by the Naaru and on Draenor/Outland for quite some time. Slapping dragons and such upside the face with justice and light.
