Why cant you disclose information about bans?
by Cyther | 21/06/2007 06:06:40![]() I've found it so puzzling that I cannot even be shown the information for why I was banned. They tell me "Third party software", "exploiting the economy", "account sharing"; but they wont even explain to me why? If they gave us this information, we could defend ourselves instead of just being told we did something and have to pay the price to something we might not have even done? What if this information was a mistake and the customer could work with blizzard to know what really went on? I've heard "For security reasons, we cannot disclose information". So we can't fight to have our accounts unbanned? Is it that you are too lazy to tell us? you just don't have the time or effort to disclose the investigation to us? I think it is our rights as customers to know why our accounts be banned, so we can have this information to know if what happened was a big mistake, or the truth. |
