Where to quest Horde Kalimdor 36+

Just finished Southern Barrens just dinging 36. Tried Thousand Needles since it was right there, found it to be both terribly underpopulated and filled with 42+ mobs. Is there a suitable place in Kalimdor to level or should I be heading over to Eastern Kingdoms?

Dustwallow Marsh or Feralas.

Dustwallow isn't quite ready, so Feralas.
