Where is the bug submission tool?

What happened to the bug/feedback submission tool on the PTR? If I recall properly, it was a blue "B" icon next to the compass. You could click that and the bug/feedback submission window would open up. Has it been removed? I don't see it anywhere in-game.

The tool is still included in the current PTR build, if it is missing you may be able to restore it by deleting the interface folder from within your wowtest folder, or you may have to completely delete the wowtest folder and re-install the PTR client.
