What is Bornakk's job?

I was under the impression that his position was to be a buffer between us the players and the developers here on these forums. More so than we have seen from other blizzard employees.

I would like to think that his job is worth while, but i have yet to see anything of real value being posted.

With the exception of his explanation on why deathwish was moved to the arms tree. (Which i disagree with, warriors weren't the only ones that felt they had to spec a particular way to do well in arena)

More often than not, he is posting something unhelpful, sarcastic, and border line rude. But its border line so its okay, just don't cross that line right?

That goes for many blizzard posters as well, who rarely come here to address concerns of the player community but rather, come here to stir stuff up. Kalgan and his post that you fail to admit ever happened, in regards to warriors and how easy its going to be for them in arena.

When you do post something that I as well as others feel is actually professional and how professional people should respond to their customers, its rarely something we can't find somewhere else on the homepage.

What we, let me rephrase I (i cant speak for others, we'll let responses speak for themselves) would like to see from blizzard posters, is more information than the cold, scientific, mathematical information we get from patch notes, explanations on why, let us know what you are thinking, why does it have to be such a big secret to know where the game is going?

First off, I'd like to thank you for not interlacing your post with profanity or direct insults toward Blizzard employees. I understand what you are saying, however I think you are missing some things.

First off, Bornakk's job is the same as any of the rest of us. He is here to take part in the community, read posts, and funnel information to the developers. When he has information to share with the community, like the rest of us, he shares it. We all work as a team so seeing one of us post information is a result of work we've largely been working on as a team. I have yet to see him snarky or rude even borderline. He's actually very polite and definitely isn't the type to imply snarky in his words. I think in this case, it's a matter of what you're reading into it.

Second, we do post what we can when we can, but we all have other duties outside the forums as well. Many things you see but don't realize we've been a part of. ;)

Third, these forums really aren't the best place for submitting feedback on our performance. The reason being that these threads can often diverge into flame posts in which either we are being flamed or other posters are being flamed, and that isn't very constructive. We'd much rather that people send any constructive feedback (or even thanks) to wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com .

Thanks.
