Brutal Gladiator's Blade of Alacrity.

This item is not available at any vendor, though no post or official statement is available to explain why, when, or if it will ever be there, despite hundreds of pages of forum thread on the issue begging for some clarification.

I know many people have spent a large amount of gold, honor and badges getting haste gear/gems, and planned to use this blade as the foundation of haste.

The least you could do is shed some light on the issue. I for one hate doing PVE, and if i can avoid farming the last 140 badges for gear I would like to know sooner rather than later.

Please, please, please respond to this.

Belfaire was going to try to look into this, but I don't know if he uncovered anything.

Normally, if something like this is removed, the patchnotes and suggestion forum (for information and suggestions respectively) are the best resources to utilize.
