Weird server behavior and honor reset.

Hey all,

Early this morning my realm, Kel'Thuzad, experienced a really bad lag spike which caused the server to either crash or be taken down. I stayed up for a little bit to see if it would come back online but no luck. When I logged in this morning my honor hadn't reset, so I figured that it would just double up with todays honor and give me a lump sum at the end of the day. I logged back in about 2 hours later and all my honor had been reset after I had done the daily;y and a few other battlegrounds. The problem is when it reset it didn't account for any of the daily or honor earned today, so basically im short ~2000ish honor.

I petitioned a GM but unfortunately had to eat before he/she got to my ticket. The email I received directed me to FAQs and the honor guide, but I didn't see an answer in either one of those, so I decided to give it a shot here. Maybe someone else has had this happen to them on their server or maybe one of the blizz reps has some insight?
