So far I have seen none of my characters that I copied to the PVE server Anestarian show up. The PVP server Broxigar on the other hand is showing characters copied from both my active accounts. When I log in it does not give me the option to chose which of my linked accounts I want to use.

For this PTR phase, you'll have a single dummy WoW account added to your account just to access the PTR. All character transfers and copies to the PTR from any of your live accounts will show up on that dummy PTR account when they've completed.

This is unique from past PTR phases where you had access to all of your WoW accounts on the PTR.

There is still currently work being done on the character copy system setup for the 3.3.5 PTR. Hopefully the issue you're seeing will be sorted out with that.
