Wavy lines at top of screen

So I sorted my problem of Error 132 crashes out with a reformat (I Assume it was spyware or the like).

Now I've encountered a slight annoyance of wavyness at the top of the screen, not all the time, just when I move around a bit, not that noticeable, but once you do notice it, you cant stop seeing it.

System, is relatively cool, Graphics card is avg 60 degrees celcius, and Refresh rate for wow is 60hz and monitor is 60hz atm.

Any help would be great.

Does that wavyness go away if you lower your resolution or the AF slider? Can you tell us more information about your computer? You can find most of the information if you go to Start -> Run -> dxdiag (or on Windows Vista/7, Windows Key + R -> dxdiag)

I'll need the following info:
System tab
Operating system:
System Manufacturer:
System Model:
Processor:
Memory:
DirectX Version:

Display tab
Device Name:
Driver Version:
Driver Date:
Driver DDI Version:
DirectDraw Acceleration:
Direct3D Acceleration:
AGP Texture Acceleration:
