When im playing my warlock and I'm in a raid with other warlocks my Conflagrate messes up. Lets say i dont have the target currently immolated and another warlock in my group does, my Conflagrate lights up like i can use it, it casts but then says something like i need to have immolate on the target.

If you don't have an Immolate on the target, and you try to cast Conflagrate, does Conflagrate go onto cooldown and use the mana but do no damage?

This is currently working as intended in regards to Conflagrate not being cast if you do not have an Immolate or Shadowflame on the target. The icon may show that it is available to be cast if another Warlock has one of those effects on the target, but this is something that cannot be currently changed. This may be changed in the future, but as of now it is working correctly.
