Warlock Bugs!

When I summon a pet and then get on my mount, the pet disappears and I lose my soul shard. Where is this in the patch notes or is it a bug?

When I get on a flight path and have a summoned pet, the pet no longer despawns but is waiting for me at the FP destination when I land. Is this an undocumented change, or a bug??

The first one of these is HIGHLY annoying!

This is in the patch notes:

# Warlock and Hunter pets will now be automatically dismissed when you summon a mount. These pets will return on dismount. This does not affect pet happiness for Hunters.
