Vista/Intel 965, igfx stopped/alt+tab

If this happens to you and you have an Intel 965 (or later) video card on Windows Vista, please post with the following information: Did you install Service Pack 1? Did you get the latest updates from Windows Update? Is it a certain area or when you're doing a specific action? Is it time-based, like maybe X minutes into the game? Most failures are hardware-based, either from the video card not powering properly or the card itself is defective. Please do not post about unrelated hardware in this thread. | by Datth | 21/08/2008 21:35:51 2007 drivers will work fine with World of Warcraft but the complaint is that the 2008 drivers enables hardware shader support for the 965s, which newer game titles require.
