UpdateAction should fire OnAttributeChanged

Posting this for nevcariel:
ActionButton_UpdateAction should fire for action buttons during the OnAttributeChanged event, since it calls ActionButton_Update which calls Show and Hide, which require a secure path to execute properly in combat.

Although you can't set attributes in combat either. :)
