Upcoming Warrior changes - It better be good.
by Snooka | 24/02/2007 09:47:34 I stopped payment on my account and it expires 03/01. I won't be renewing subscription unless there are significant warrior buffs. No more BS. I've had enough of it and expect to be just as viable in PvP as any other class and sure as hell will not tolerate the feral druids out there besting me in tanking and in DPS...while tanking, no less. It's stupid. I never liked to focus on the warrior shortcomings and complain about it, however since the 2.0 patch and then the release of BC the shortcomings of the warrior class outweigh its strengths. At the present time the warrior's shortcomings is the warrior class. I don't know if that makes sense to anyone else but that's the way I see it. The warrior class has become FUBAR. It's a walking mistake. I'm experienced with over 210 days played and killed everything there is to kill pre BC except for 4 bosses in Naxxramas as a Tank and as a DPS warrior. I've also helped lead guild raids in end game content. I know how to do my job as well as yours and theirs, meaning every other class. I expect significant buffs because I won't waste my time on the warrior class or the game itself if the current warrior class is the vision that the game designers have for the class. Their vision is that we all wield shields and are supposed to lose to almost everyone not matter what the circumstance? OK, I'll mosey on along then. My warrior character is dead to me which means World of Warcraft is dead to me. Regardless of the upcoming changes slated for the warrior class I'm certain I'll join the masses in leaving for Warhammer Online. The Blizzard customer support is terrible. There is very little to no communication between Blizzard and its customers, the gamers. Our requests and questions are unanswered a majority of the time, and when this communication eventually does come in comes in the form of pompous "blue" posts that more often than not eerily resembles a troll-like attitude. I can only hope Mythic doesn't suck. If so, oh well UT 2007 should be enough to satisfy my gaming needs. :p |
