Unspecified Error when trying to buy time
by Nukeguy | 10/03/2010 11:28:28![]() I want to set up a 3 months subscription and I am trying to pay on the wow site I triple checked my credit cards details and they are all correct, and the card has money on it (credit debit can't get in trouble) but I keep getting this message An error has occurred on this page Unspecified error should I just try again later? I am currently in South Korea so i cannot just buy a gamecard at my local department store or i would, I have 2 days left on my acct so any help would be appreciated |

There are all kinds of security checks on internet transactions and credit cards, Nuke. I have no way of knowing for certain, but since you are somewhere significantly different than where we show you registered....and/or your credit card company thinks you are - this could be tripping something. Only Billing would be able to assist further, or possibly know more specific reasons for this. You might try giving them a call.
