Undocumented/Bug? Icy Veins and Arcane Power
by Spenglbeiser | 21/02/2008 02:06:20 Icy Veins and Arcane Power no long stack on the PTR. Whichever one was cast last simply overwrites the other with no warning, putting both on cooldown. I can see this being intentional with the Power Infusion change, but some confirmation would be nice. Bug or change? It's hard to give reasonable feedback on testing without knowing what's intended to be tested and what's a bug. Also, it's been noted that Icy Veins still stacks with Combustion (a similar mechanic to Arcane Power), and it even still stacks with Heroism despite the explicit claim in the latest patch notes that it does not. This sort of behavior all seems a bit inconsistent and whatnot, so some clarification would definitely be appreciated. Thanks!
