Unable to make payment
by Hachiko | 21/06/2007 09:51:53![]() I am unable to make payment via the account management. I usually pay for it by credit card with no problems at all. This time, the account management keeps returning "We are sorry but there was a problem processing this credit card. Please contact our billing and account services by email (billing@blizzard.com) or via phone at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499). ". I called up the bank and they told me there was no problems on their end and do not see any declined transacrtion codes at all. So what gives? Also, in the account management , it states the following "Active This account is active and can be used for playing." but I can't login to WoW with the message "Your prepaid time is up". Thanks.
