Unable to get into Arena Tournament server

Hi, I registered to the Arena Tournament via essay. In my manage account, i have the message " You are registered for this season's tournament." but when i log on to the game, I get the message that says currently my account is not flagged for Arena Tournament.

If a blizzard representative can quickly fix this problem that would be great!

Our Billing & Account Services Department is closed over the weekend, sorry if the issue wasn't resolved by the end of the work-day on Friday.

Glad to hear this worked, we will look into why this was the case in the first place, but enjoy the Tournament! :)
