Tried the 1800 number (1800 592 5499), and whenever I call from my house, I never get an answer, it always rings busy. I tried it at work, and it went through fine. I couldn't stay on the line and wait there, because I was at work, but you get the point. Is there an alternate number or something? I'm trying to get a pending Game Card on one of my accounts transferred to another, before it becomes active. Any help would be appreciated.


PS - I've tried emaiing billing@blizzard.com, but have not yet recieved a response, and something tells me I'm going to have to talk to someone on the phone to explain what's going on.

All lines were busy when you called, which is why you received the busy signal ;)

Just have to keep trying. You'll get through.
