Unable to complete character transfer

I am attempting to move a character from one of my accounts to another. It has been approved but whenever I try to complete the move I get an error page. This has been happening for the last 24 hours.

I had to have Blizz support start the process because when I was trying to do it online it would not "stick." It would appear to have been entered and that I was waiting on the approval process. When I logged out and then logged back in though, it did not show that I had started the process. Calling support worked to get that piece done.

Now it is a holiday and I can not access anyone by phone until Monday. Is there anything that can be done to get this looked at so I can approve the move, give you some money and have my character where I want it?
