Hello,

Recently I paid to for this toon to have a server transfer and faction change. I did the server change first, and when logging in, I was prompted to make a name change. After much deliberation and research (making sure the name was available on Alliance, as I was still Horde at this point) I chose a name.

At this point the faction change went through.. I clicked on the icon to choose my race, etc and when complete I was then prompted to make a second name change.. Of course the name I wanted was unavailable as I was already named it :(

I opened an in game ticket and i was instructed to call the billing department which seemed strange to me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I should proceed? One additional name change would make everything great, and i don't feel this is asking much after having paid $55 and an apparent glitch with the server / faction combo change mechanics.
