Hello Kevinzeb,

Did you run the patch ?

Also for the initial issue try this:

1. Select the World of Warcraft folder
2. press Command + i
3. in the World of Warcraft Info box, go to the Sharing & Permissions section
4. click on the lock and unlock it
5. make sure you have Read & Write permissions
6. click on the Burst icon ( cog wheel ) and select Apply to enclosed items**

** If using Mac OS 10.4.11, just click on the Apply to Enclosed items button.

At 70% the patch starts to update files in your World of Warcraft Æ’older, so it's being stopped at that point.

Hello Kevinzeb,

I had to take some classes for the last few days, hence for the late reply.

Unless your Dad changed something on the Mac there are only a few reasons why the patch isn't going through. Since other patches went through it's not going to be a security program issue or network lock.

And since you reset the permissions for the contents of the World of Warcraft Æ’older and not just check it, then we have only one thing left. Delete the patch data for 3.2 and download it again, using a wired connection only.

Also how did you turn off your firewall ? The message isn't talking about software firewall in the Mac OS, it's talking about your router's hardware firewall.

Hello Kevinzeb,

It's allowed, but in one post you don't even have the game installed, so are we talking about different Macs or just one ? If only one, we can't really talk about patching issues unless you have the game installed on your Mac.
