Some people keep telling me my name is against the TOS. I transfered to Zul'jin recently so my name is fresh there. If it is against the TOS ( Healaryduff for Hilary Duff ), is there any way to change it so I don't get banned ? :( Thanks for helping me.

Healaryduff, if you feel that your character name may be in violation of our Naming Policy then the next step to take would be to submit an in-game petition and speak with a Game Master in-game. :o)
