As the title says, there is a grammatical tooltip error currently on the Elixir of Expertise. Currently the elixir reads as

"Use: Increases your Expertise Rating by 45 of 1 hour. Battle Elixir"

The of in that sentence should be a "for," as per other flask/potion/elixir tooltips. Not a major bug, just something I noticed when I was scrolling through my bags.
