Tired of waiting..
by Koch | 10/02/2008 00:49:36 My main was transferred off my account without my consent a while ago. I filled out the Unauthorized Paid Character Transfer form about 2 weeks ago and they sent me an email saying it would take about a week. 2 days later I received an email saying my account was accessed by someone that was not allowed. I sent the fax along with my ID and my account was back in my hands a day later. I then assumed my character was still being reversed back onto my account so then i waited for about a week. After that I got extremely impatient and submitted a ticket in game, and the GM told me to resubmit the form and that my case has been resolved. If i never would have submitted this ticket and waited, how would I have known to resubmit the form? Anyways, here I am now, waiting for them to contact me once again. Can any light be shed on my situation before I just decide to leave WoW all together? Thanks. |
