I've filled out literally dozens of tickets in-game to give feedback on everything from frustrating quests to typos to bugs. I see a lot of things similar to those I'd open a ticket for posted here. I couldn't find anything directly from Blizzard, so I thought I'd ask. When we encounter things to leave feedback on, what is the preferred medium to do so? For instance, the thing I feel I'm best at is finding typos and minor grammatical errors. Are these best served by opening a ticket, or will they be caught and fixed better if there was a master list of them somewhere here on the forums?

How about bugs? General quest issues? Spell and talent issues?

Reporting specific issues in-game using the feedback tool is probably our most preferred method. We often post up threads here in the forums asking for feedback though. And of course we also generally check out the forums for constructive feedback and suggestions. But yes, to clarify further, issues and bugs of any sort, are probably best reported in-game.
