I wanted to know what the current wait time on an in-game ticket is? Want to make sure there isn't a bug or something as mine hasn't been addressed for a week. Now I did cancel the ticket once because due to lack of a mod I had the ticket window pushing rows of buffs into my screen during progression raiding. That wasn't working for me.

Got a buff bar mod and reopened the ticket. Now I am on day 3 with this one and all it still says is we have a high volume of petitions. As it is I know when I am gotten around to I will most likely be offline. Happens every time. Just has never taken this long before.

I do very much apologize for the delay in addressing your petition Etherial, we do work to resolve all petitions as quickly as possible in the order they are received. Just be sure to keep your petition open and do not close it, and we will address it as fast as we can. Be aware we can handle the ticket even if you are offline, so keep it open, even when you log out.
