Hi, I have a ticket open currently to speak to a GM, but I was planning on transferring the toon tomorrow to a different server. Would this affect my position in the queue?

Well, that character won't exist, so yes - it very well could.

I'm not seeing any issues open on the account you are posting under. What character/realm has the petition open?
