Ticket lost in transfer.
by Ootrhg | 21/05/2010 19:08:41![]() Who can I email about this issue? I created a ticket almost 4-5 days ago, no updates as of last night when I server transfered. After the transfer my ticket disappeared. I would like to keep this private to prevent harassment (reason for changing servers). Can I email someone about this or should I create a new ticket on my transfered character? |
by Syndri | 21/05/2010 23:42:33![]() So, what happens during a character transfer isn't probably what you imagine. Instead of physically moving your character totally off one realm and onto another, a copy of your character is made, and then that copy is created on the new realm. After that, the "old" or "original" version of your character is deleted on your home realm once the copy/creation process is complete. As a result of this, the petition you had open at the time of your transfer should still be in queue.
