I got an e-mail from blizz saying that this character (Esdras on Wildhammer) has been restored however whenever I try to log onto her she doesn't show up on my character list.

I was logged on to my account at the time I recieved the e-mail from blizz so that might have caused some problems. I have tried restarting Wow and it hasn't helped.
