There Gone..

Ok..I made two premades yesterday..They came up fine,But when i logged on this morning,They were Gone. Anyone else having this problem? and is there a way i can get those two toons back seeings how it took two of my avalible premade's?

Please check your character copy status on the PTR web page that you copied the characters on.
