I have submitted a ticket about 3 days ago, because my zanzil debuff was removed before i could complete the quest, and now i cant do it.
Ticket is still saying we are experiencing high volumes of petitions..
How many more days do i need to wait, and is there anyway a blue could help?

Might I ask what happens when you try to complete this quest? May I also ask which NPC you are talking to at the time?

I did the quest, and was on my way to hand it in, and someone dispelled the debuff.
When i handed the quest in, a quest popped up, and i needed the debuff to complete the quest, so i can use posions.

Fortunately, you shouldn't actually need the debuff to perform that quest. More importantly, you no longer need to complete this quest to learn the Poison ability for your Rogue. Now, you simply become eligible to purchase more powerful poisons from the appropriate vendors as you level. In fact, you should already be eligible to do so!
