TBC upgraded via direct online upgrade prob

Hi Please help.

I upgraded my account to TBC and also added a one month subscription but account status still says WOW not TBC????? I checked with my bank and the money has been debited already!!! Please help.

While I can certainly understand your frustration, Dearapril, I shall have to ask that you remain calm; if you haven't already, your best course of action would be to call Billing during normal business hours. I am confident that our representatives there can provide further assistance. :)
