[Suggestion] Balance copy cat talents :(

Pushback resist talents:
Celestial Focus - Reduces Wrath pushback by 70% and gives Starfire a 15% chance to proc a 3 sec stun. 3 points.
Owlkin Frenzy - Reduces all pushback and increases damage by 10%, on a 15% proc rate. 3 points.
Control of Nature - Reduces Cyclone/Roots pushback by 100%. 3 points.

Mana regen talents:
Dreamstate - Gives 10% of intellect as MP5. 3 points.
Intensity (Resto) - Allows 30% of mana regen to continue while casting. 3 points.

Hit-related talents:
Balance of Power - Increases spellhit by 4% and reduces chance to be hit by spells by 4%. Two points.
Imp. Faerie Fire - Increases hit by 3% across the board. 3 points.

Damage increasing talents:
Lunar Guidance - Increases spellpower by 12% of your intellect. 3 points.
Moonglow - Increases Balance spell damage by 10%. 5 points.
Wrath of Cenarius - Increases Starfire's dmg coefficient by 20% and Wrath's coefficient by 10%. Five points.

Granted, not all of these are directly comparable, and it's understandable to have to make choices in what you want to focus on (PVP, PVE, soloing). Never the less, the number of redundant talents in the Balance tree is fairly staggering.

1) Why take Celestial Focus when I can spend the same number of talent points for a far superior Owlkin Frenzy farther down the tree?
2) Why get Dreamstate when I can grab the more beneficial Intensity (since I'm already dumping 15+ points into Resto for Master Shapeshifter and OOC anyway)?
3) Why is it that none of the 3-5 multiple point talents in our ginormous Balance tree affect Insect Swarm's damage?

Suggestions on this matter: Remove Dreamstate and Celestial Focus or cannibalize them into a Balance version of Intensity. Since the Devs want us to use spirit like every other caster, 10% of Int every 5 seconds becomes a much smaller number than 30% of spirit every 5 seconds. Truly, though, the problem with the bloat is that we're forced to dump at least 16 points into Resto for OOC/Master Shapeshifter/Intensity. Reducing the amount we need to drop in another tree, even by 3-4 points, would greatly loosen the belt on what we can do with our talents to remain viable in whatever aspect we want.

Dicussion? :)
