We do not have any additional details or workarounds to provide at this time; however, we will do our best to provide any updates as they become available. I'm afraid that I am unable to provide any estimates at this point, Summerset. I'll be sure to update the thread if I hear anything, though.
It's possible that you will be able to purchase prepaid game time from the Blizzard Store (http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=110000004) or game cards from a local retailer to apply game time to your account immediately.
