Subscription Payment Delays

Update, 06/25 6:00 PM PDT:

We would like to assure players once more that payments for subscriptions set to bill on June 22 are indeed processing at this time; however, the speed at which they are processing is still a bit slower than normal. We continue to investigate this issue, and hope to have it resolved permanently soon. As always, should we receive further updates, we will provide them in this thread.

We have identified an issue that is causing payments for account subscriptions set to bill on June 22 to process slowly. We are aware that, in many cases, this issue is preventing game login, so we are working to resolve the delays as quickly as possible.

While we do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved completely, we will continue to provide updates in this thread as they become available. In the meantime, we ask that you please refrain from contacting Account Services regarding this issue, if possible, as our representatives will not be in a position to assist at this time.

As noted in the primary post in this thread, we can confirm that payments are indeed processing, but they're just processing extremely slowly. I'm happy to hear that your payment has processed, Trendon, and that you are now able to access the game.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused for those still affected by this issue, but encourage you to refrain from contacting Account Services if possible, as our representatives cannot speed up the processing process. Please rest assured that this matter is still under investigation, however, and that we hope to have subscription payments for June 22 processed as soon as possible.

Hey, folks. Let's keep this thread on-topic and move all discussion of pre-paid game card issues (which are completely unrelated to subscription delays) over here: 60-Day Pre-Paid Game Card Redemption Issues

In the meantime, are those of who were affected by subscription delays—that is, if your account was set to bill on June 22—now able to log into the game without issue? If not, please let me know, and I'll forward on the information to the appropriate parties.
