I think I'm stuck in the wrong phase.

I left vash mid quest to go explore some other areas. Now I've returned and completed the quest. Only the quest turn in person isn't there.

I abandoned the quest in the hopes this would get be back into phase with the quest giver (it's worked with other phase problems) but no luck.

Is there any kind of (test only) /command to get us to switch/reset phases?
